Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products once the order has been delivered.


Order Issues / Damaged Products

We request all customers to carefully inspect their order at the time of delivery.

If you receive:

A damaged product

A defective item

Or a wrong product

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact.tradeloop@gmail.com with:

Clear photos of the product

Images of the packaging

An unboxing video (mandatory)

Our team will review your request and, if the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement (no refunds will be provided).


Important Notes

No claims will be accepted after 24 hours of delivery

Products used, worn, or without original packaging will not be considered

Orders placed during sale or promotional offers are strictly non-refundable


Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or shipped.
