1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across all locations in India including metro cities, tier 2/3 cities, and remote areas.
International shipping is not available at the moment.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders across India.

3. Delivery Timelines
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 5–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances.

Orders are processed within 24 hours
Orders placed after 6 PM are processed next business day
Tracking details are shared via SMS/Email after dispatch
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email to monitor your delivery in real-time.

Please ensure your address and contact details are correct
Our delivery partner may contact you before delivery
If unavailable, multiple delivery attempts will be made
7. Important – No Return / No Refund Policy
Please note that all orders are final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once the order is delivered.
8. Damaged or Defective Products (Replacement Only)
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Images of the packaging
Complete unboxing video (mandatory)
After verification, if the issue is genuine, we will provide a replacement only.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be cancelled
No refund will be provided in such cases
